Chassis is out of Promise, and is sired by Tatum, who is a very handsome Master Hunter.  Her dam, Promise, can be a little particular about the birds she likes (she prefers fresh over the nasty, well-used birds... and I can't say I blame her!), but she has amazing drive in the field and is a phenomenol marker!  I wanted to breed Promise to a boy who could add a little "nasty bird" tenacity to the mix, and Tatum was the perfect match for her in that regard.  Chassis has shown an immense love for any and all birds, and has a terrific natural retrieving instinct, wanting to deliver to hand ever since she was a small puppy.  She passed the BRT (Basic Retrieving and Tolling Test) right when she turned 5 months old, and I couldn't have been happier with how she performed.  In addition to being a natural in the field, she is also proving to be a fun little dog in obedience and rally training, as well as being the absolute sweetest and happiest girl to live with.
